JDR Offers the Bundle Rod Heater, which features a slotted circular ceramic disc that holds the multiple rod heater elements. Bundle Rod Heaters are used with radiant tubes; they produce a higher power output, avoid refractory corrosion, and prevent gaseous impurities in processed materials. These heaters are designed for long-term and maintenance-free use. Elements can be made from ferritic alloys up to 1250 °C and from NiCr alloys up to 1100 °C. A radiant heater is suitable for Industrial ovens and furnaces for aging, annealing, brazing, hardening, heat treating, holding, melting, muffle, pitting, powder coating, or sintering.
